Phoenix Energy’s default Energy Supplier Partnership is
designed to help letting agents when changes take place to the
tenancy of a residence.
• Cheaper utilities for your offices and buildings.
• Landlord supplies for communal areas of larger managed
premises.
• The advantage to the tenant is that they do not have
to do anything and their account will be set up for them. Tenants
will be fully informed of their situation.
• The advantage to the letting agent is they need not do
anything. Phoenix Energy will set up new accounts for your tenants
and arrange for bills to be forwarded. We will take the hassle
out of dealing with Utility Suppliers
• The administration in these matters is very simple –
all correspondence, whether by phone, fax or e-mail will be with
one person and you will not need to fill out complicated forms
or deal with call centres.
Services for House Builders / Construction Companies / Electrical
Contractors
• We can nominate a supplier and quickly and easily register
your MPANs and gas meter points for new connections.
• We take the hassles out of dealing with NEDL / YEDL,
and with Transco / Fulcrum connections and we and will arrange
meter appointments for your company to fit new meters. You will
have one point of contact and we will save your business time
and ‘energy’.
• We can arrange domestic and residential connections.

these into the names of your incoming tenants / house owners as
